Live and work in independence. Need to lose a little over 40lbs but giving myself a year to do it. Exercise is a struggle because of chronic joint pain. I'm 45 and often walk with a cane. I know that my joints will hurt less when I lose weight but it hurts to move. Its an evil cycle. I also have major food issues. Most of what is good for me, I hate.
