Wed, 27 Feb 2013 00:47:28 EST The Guilt of Cheating Yesterday was a good day – and a bad day. I “cheated” on my diet and treated myself to a BIG bowl of popcorn. A lot of people’s self control challenge has to do with sugar but not me, for me it’s popcorn. I could eat it 3 times a day and not miss anything else (at least for awhile). Popcorn is OK by itself but somehow it’s not the same if it’s the microwave variety and definitely not the same without butter – lots of butter. So yesterday I cheated.
