The thing is, my OFF day absolutely need to be Saturday. My hair has been falling out since summertime, I have had bouts of extreme fatigue and I have had skin rashes that are like eczema. Found out Friday that my bloodwork results show I am WAY low in vitamin D. Dr. put me on a prescription supplement. How do you log yours? <BR> <BR> I log mine as high impact step aerobics. For my height/weight, I tend to burn about 600 cals/workout which is about what Siebers indicated in the infomercial or in a chat on the BB website. It may also be in the materials, but I'm not sure. I used my HRM several times and it indicated that I burned a lot more than that but I only count about 600. Tue, 2 Jun 2009 15:51:21 EST Slim in 6 works! Hi everyone I am new to this team. I have been using Slim in 6 and the entire Slim Series for 2 years. At 46 I am in the best shape of my life. Since diet is 80% of the equation, I am still working on those last 10-12 pounds because of my poor eating habits. I do use Slim in 6 in some capacity every day. <BR> I still use Burn it Up at least once a week. I was wondering how you log the DVDs in your fitness tracker?? I am down to my last 15# and am hoping that this will help get the scale closer to my goal. I went on Ebay looking for it. It was too expensive. Just decided to start with Keep It Up and modify it for the first 6 weeks.
