I have been sticking with the plan well for all this time, (with a little hick-up around Christmas). But, boy oh boy...it hurts and it's tough. I haven't done any exercise for 3 yrs, but prior to that I was up to 45 mins on elliptical and easily finishing 4 mile WATP and/or YBB Cardio Cabaret. <BR> <BR> My hips hurt, I am easily out of breath, legs hurt....how long until I start showing some fitness improvement???
