I could only do 29 minutes on treadmill yesterday before stomach cramps hit and that was not all at one time. I had a plate of food made up for my lunch today at work. I have made a new years resolution of sorts. Try to measure food and watch portion sizes better and drink more water. Some of them are a few years old. I'm worried how sore my feet may be afterward but I know I'll keep doing my best. That said I was wondering if anybody had any advice for me? Like how to not get them in the future. Any similar experiences? It seems such a small thing that could completely throw off my momentum. how infuriating! I was at my goal and maintaining but this past year has been stressful and tiring. I have regained some of my weight despite haveing maintained all of my good healthy habits( I blame menopause). I still drink 8 cups of water everyday and eat as many servings of fruit and veg as I can. I have been wearing a step counter everyday for the past 3 years! So today I walked 11000 steps. I can't find my instruction book so I'm wondering if anyone might know. <BR> <BR> mileage 5.21 - if a mile is 1000 steps, that's close enough for me. <BR> calories burned - 392 - doesn't that seem low?
