I was a Sparker in the past but dropped when I had a significant injury that sidelined me for two years. I had to do physical rehabilitation to learn to walk properly again. I am severely limited in physical activities but I plan to lose weight by eating healthy for the time being. I do somewhat well and then leave the pages thinking I will focus on exercise if I am not on the web so much. Of course, then I gain everything back. It is a vicious cycle that needs to stop. It doesn't get any easier as we get older and our health depends on success.

I hope my brain is in the right place this time. I have Fibromyalgia, degenerative arthritis in spine and hips and knees are so bad. I haven't run in about 2 weeks for various nonsense reasons but I'm starting again this week. My life is full of obstacles to doing the right thing because...well because I let myself think they are real obstacles. Just trying to get to my goal. Will you help me?
