I find myself jumping on the scale way to much. How often do you check your weight? <BR> <BR> From Monday through Sunday I lost 7 lbs. Then after a rough Sunday and Monday, gained 3 back. It felt like hell.I am Sweaty, heart pounding, and breathless. As I climbed the stairs to our apartment my 11 year old started singing the final count down. It was funny and also motivated me by reminding me to have a little fun. I weigh 310 pounds. I am most proud of myself today for doing my walk and drinking 44oz of water.
