SparkPeople Human Resources Professionals Team Messageboard Starting a Wellness Program at Work I am so excited. I enlisted two women at work and we are starting a Wellness Prgram. We are supplying water bottles, a Welcome packet containing charts and all sorts of good fitness and nutrional info. We put up a huge bulletin board in the breakroom and also another "wellness wall to celebrate success stories". <BR> <BR> Registration starts on Monday and the program starts 1/3/12. I've been doing back to back, non-stop interviewing for the past 3 days. It zaps your energy...For example yesterday, I sat in the chair at 11 and except for rising when the applicant came in, I did not move from that chair until after 4. By the time I got home I was mentally exhausted with no desire to exercise. I sat on a sofa with my son eating pizza and watching House of Wax.... Stopped a couple of stations away and got some walking in...yeah...walking in the rain in DC. <BR> <BR> Our chapter meeting was with a EEOC trial attorney.
