Well lets see I am 47 yo female, I had gastric bypass surgery in Oct 2007 started at 253 got down to 135 and looked like i was on my way out. So I gained some weight back and now i need to lose about 30 to 40lbs. Food still bother me so eating a set amount of calories is a challenge...My main goal is to EAT HEALTHIER and let the numbers on the scale fall where they do. I was sick in May and spent a few days in the hospital and then on June 13th my husband and stepson where in a bad car accident. My stepson did not survive. It occurs to me that this is very much in tune with the volunteer spirit. We are always busy, always doing good for others and therefore in too big a hurry to do good for our bodies....we must overcome!!!
