Hey all, even though I joined back in March, I have not done anything at all (quite the opposite in fact) to correct the things in my life that are really dragging me down - my love affair with anything cheesy, my inability to say no to sweets and no energy to do anything more than take my dogs for a short walk each day. As a result, my weight is at an all time high (truthfully I probably weigh more now that when I was at my heaviest with any of my three pregnancies) and feel like an old lad... I had bacon for breakfast hoping to get more protein into my day. The package says 270 calories for 2 slices. I'm assuming this is in raw condition... most foods seem to list their nutritional values from the raw state. However, after it's been fried (crispy) and then patted dry with paper towel before eating... there's a lot of the fat that is still in the pan and will get tossed out. So it seems many of the calories noted on the package nutritional value chart doesn't get consumed... Mine is not eating during the day. I usually eat all 3 of my meals & my snacks between 6PM & midnight. I know it's bad. I just don't know how to change it.
