The problem I am finding is fitting in the hour long workout plus the ab workout. I only have two hours after my kids go to bed when I get home from work to do it. I stuck with the program for an entire month. I need to pat myself on the back for that one. Tony says to pause and take breaks during the aerobic workouts (especially Plyometrics) to get your heart rate in the 70% - 80% zone. I had a baby in may and went through a really bad postpardum but now i'm ready to get my body back. After 3 babies and really not losing very much of all of their baby weight i'm ready! For the past week I have been using between 8-12.5lbs in my exercises. I'm feeling the workout but just sometimes I feel I can go heavier with less reps. As of right now I'm doing more reps to tire my muscles out for the last 2-3 reps of a set, that seems to be ok. However, I'm thinking I should go a little heavier maybe extra pound or 2 but not to 15lbs. <BR> <BR> Don't know if I can buy weights in this low range 13-14. Then I completed 12 weeks of the Turbo Fire with the Weighted hand gloves. Loved it. Now I am trying to switch to the P90X because I think it will give me better definition but I am finding it hard. He goes on about writing down how many reps you do, and setting a goal. But the past couple days I've just been doing as much as I can, and I actually think it would be harder to sit there and count 25 out.
