I got down to 207. Then I fell off the wagon mid 2007. It was a long fall and I gained pretty much all of my weight back. A doctor's appointment the beginning of last month gave me the much-needed kick in the behind. I've lost 17 lbs since then and I'm determined to stick with it this time.
