Forty years ago I had many of my teeth removed because of periodontal disease. I have permanent bridges in place to replace most of those teeth that were taken. After 146 weeks of a blogging streak, I am again unable to post my blog entries. I write them but I get an error message when I try to post the blogs. Osteoarthritis set into my knees because of age, obesity, use, etc. I have taken Glucosamine and Chondroitin for many years for this pain with much relief from using these over the counter remedies. Then one year ago I broke my left knee and had five surgeries on my leg. Today that knee does not have arthritis but feels tight, stiff, etc because of all the trauma and the metal and plastic knee inside. My right knee though still has the osteoarthrit... I know that when I have walked a lot, especially if I did not have good shoes, I have had bouts of plantar fasciitis, inflammation of the plantar region of the foot which caused a lot of pain in my foot or feet.
