All are welcome! SparkPeople SlimDown Sistahs Team Messageboard Ever Stuck?? Hi ladies!

I made a decision in September that I was unhappy with my weight and unhappy with complaining about it. I jumped right in and started exercising six days a week at 5:30 a.m. I reduced my calories and viola, 3 months later I'm down thirty one pounds. I'm proud of my progress, but somewhere between graduating from college (in December) and the holidays, I've lost it. I stuck with a strict program before where I very seldom (almost never) had any snacks, severely monitored... I even went on to check the reviews and try to narrow my search, but it didn't help at all. I'm looking for a simple organic green tea or green tea with mint. Loose leaf or bagged. So if anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears. 304 Sat, 3 Nov 2012 04:11:13 EST Trying something new... Ok, one of my goals for October is to step outside of my comfort zone, and try different foods. So far, all I've tried is Oikos strawberry greek yogurt, not bad. I want to try a recipe for stuffed chicken breasts that calls for feta cheese, but I don't know what feta cheese tastes like. Has anyone tried it, and if so how did you like it? I have never eaten squash or eggplant, and I'm kind of curious about them too. Has anyone tried them and liked them or didn't like them? And if you did like ...
