Good for your mind and body but I've also read that it helps you not eat as much throughout the day. If that's true then I don't want to do that but then when should I work out? I've always been on the slender side but currently I have lost about 7pds off my usually 105 weight and it was definitely devasting to me since I had already been trying to gain weight, My ideal weight would be 115 -120pds and I'm 5'4.I know some... Since we're entering the season of Thanksgiving, I thought it'd be nice to reflect upon things we're thankful for & share them with the team. I'll start: I'm thankful for my new friends on SparkPeople who have been so welcoming & encouraging! I'm thankful that every new day is an opportunity to be healthier by eating right & making good choices. Sat, 20 Oct 2007 05:24:31 EST New Team Leader http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=0x10181x8396493 I have realized that there are more important things taking over my life than gaining weight, and for the last month I've been checking this site maybe twice a week.

Fortunately my weight has been stable, and maybe I will return when I can be more stable.

It's been fun, and I'll miss all the recipes, but I will be leaving this site for awhile. Please let me know if you would like to take over as team leader. My scale at home said I was 100lbs even. The very next night I went to a friend's house (she has a digital scale) and I weighed in at 104.
