Ever since I got on that scale and saw 201 I hated it and said I can not be over 200. But that wasn't enough, because I just gained more. I do well with eating all day and when I get home at night I am SO hungry I eat anything I can get my hands on. Then I think of any excuse in the world not to exercise. Does anyone else experience this? If you do, how do you control it? I know I need more discipline, but if I continue eating like this I will have a very difficult time losing the weight I want to lose. Tue, 8 Jul 2008 08:21:48 EST Coffee why are you fighting me? is anyone else having a problems with coffee? i stopped drinking it for a while as i was getting enough sleep. now due to the holiday i've been doing some overtime and gone back to my coffee. its usually just a black coffee with one cream or a no flavor latte with skim. <BR> <BR> even one cup has caused my to feel bloated and uncomfortable. even after i use the bathroom im still full. <BR> i was sure it was mother nature time until i checked the calender now i just have coffee to blame. <BR>...
