I am a type 2 diabetic that underwent surgery for my leg and ended up in a wheel chair for a long period of time. I went from walking 5 miles a day to zero exercise and the weight began to rise until I had 100 lbs to lose. Very disheartening. Bloodsugars are not at their best right now.
