I did the first one saturday and then I skipped 3 days and did the second video which is Firm 30 workout. It's 30 minutes of non stop strength training. Oh my gosh she killed me with that one. To make it fun I chose a place (DisneyLand) which is 420 miles from my house. Each day I chip a little off it. I took 84 of my favourite characters and every 5 miles I find one. I also did a spot of bird watching yesterday which is fun. I'm also going to DisneyLand in October, which is part of the reason why I want to drop my weight.
