I don't have the can with me as I am at work but it tastes great even with just water and ice. I plan on drinking a couple of these 100 cal shakes throughout the day as small meals every couple hours. So with a high protein lean meal for dinner I should be under 1000 calories a day. I am trying really hard to stay in a calorie reduced diet, mainly through portion control and healthy means. I tend to over-eat. And I was craving salt really really badly!!!!
