I really have never made fruit salads, fruit pizzas etc. and I want to go beyond bringing just cut up fruit. I plan on making enough for me to keep at home and the other will need to be two enough for two large containers with all the people that will be there. I did the doctor supervised HMR program and have transitioned to phase 2 which is their version of maintenance. I've reached my goal and want to protect the loss and possibly lose 2-3 more pounds. I'm tracking my food, increasing my exercise and incorporating more lean proteins, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Can anyone here offer advice on maintaining the loss?
