On 6/01, I added a Caltrate Soft Chew, and since they have calories, I listed one on my tracker. I lose it when asked for food specifics and usually lose interest at that point. Can't be bothered although, as a diabetic, tracking is important. I can handle naming the foods but not the portions especially if I am changing foods every meal.
