I want to be healthy so I decided to cut out all sugar such as candy, cookies etc. I am at 2 days now with no sugar, how long will it be before its all out of my body? I have been eating very low calorie (Physician approved ) but am not like a freak about it so if I go over I am fine with it. One thing I have noticed though is that my skin is incredibly dry. Is it possible that restricting my fat intake, not on purpose but as a result of trying to keep the calories down, is affecting my skin? Do I need to eat more fat to nourish my skin? Sat, 14 May 2016 14:08:24 EST Egg yolks I like omelettes but tend to use 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites.I can buy egg whites here (Sweden) but they taste gross, come in too large a carton and have too short a "use by" date. I have googled uses for egg yolks but am only coming up with things like mayonnaise and other high calorie stuff. Does anyone have any ideas for better uses for the egg yolks?. It doesn't have to be something edible, it could be anything - the frugal woman in me is having an issue with tossing them. Thanks!
