People say to 'make small changes; they're easier to stick with and you don't feel like you're depriving yourself.' I get that, truly. I've tried it. Each and every time, I end up not sticking with it because I don't feel like I'm doing enough/I don't see progress/I don't feel any different, etc, and it leads to me eating out of stress.

On the other hand, when I make /big/... Sat, 3 Jan 2015 17:27:24 EST Every Other Day Diet I just started doing the Every Other Day Diet (as described in the book by Krista Varady) and wondered how it's worked for other people. Normally, I don't like the idea of "diets" because they can't be sustained forever, but I haven't done well at keeping my calories and junk food consumption down when I have to do it almost every single day with no end in sight.
