The usual things I eat are salads with chicken or tuna or sandwiches. I don't like soup and I don't want anything that requires odd food that I can't find anywhere. So I go home, eat it, and my roommate knocks on my door with a plate of food. I say thanks, but I already ate and I'm trying to watch my calories. He then proceeds to lecture me that it isn't about how much I eat, but what I eat. I said that might work for you, but this is what works for me. I was prescribed a short course of prednisone for inflammation and started it today. I was warned that it might make me extra hungry, but I was not expecting this.
