SparkPeople SparkPeople Fast Break Messageboard Ever changing work hours I work various shifts and even though I work this program it is at sometimes very hard due to my hour variations. Example sometimes I need to work 4:00 am - 12:00 pm, 10:00 am- 6:00 pm and sometimes other combinations. My meals is probably the toughest because I go all over the map. Anyone with a similar situation or maybe some suggestions to balance meals and workouts. Any ideas are appreciated. Tue, 15 Apr 2014 15:59:26 EST 20 lbs in 18 days? I started Sparkpeople 18 days ago and I have lost 20lbs. I am staying in my recommended calorie ranges and eating a variety of foods. I am certainly not starving. I have a lot to lose so I know the first lbs will come off fast. <BR> I have added exercise on a small scale as I work on my feet 7-8 hours a day with no breaks or even a chair to sit on and my poor feet are done afterwards. <BR> Anyone else losing at this rate for this long of time? I work different shifts and keeping it ral with food gets difficult sometimes. I can work a 12 hour day and 8 hour nights within the same week and be off for a day or 2 in between. I have now tried the Miracle Mayo ( tastes like Miracle whip), the creamy peanut butter spread and the strawberry spread. It's actually not so bad. I tore the ACL in my right knee completely along with meniscus tears and an ankle sprain. Surgery to fix the meniscus tears on the 19th of April.
