Tue, 19 May 2015 02:24:20 EST hi http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.asp?imboard=63&imparent=36351053 I just joined spark coach today. I am a member of spark People since Jan. 2015. I don't really understand what is meant by Fast Break, can someone plz explain. thanks Have a great day. Mon, 18 May 2015 18:01:13 EST What are your three fast break goals? http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.asp?imboard=63&imparent=36311016 I've just changed mine to include 10 mins of exercise and at least two of fruit/vegetables and posting 1x a day on the messageboards. I did have a healthy breakfast as one but since i've done that for a long time it seemed better to do things that were actually making a change Wed, 13 May 2015 01:12:29 EST Confused on Calorie Intake http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.asp?imboard=63&imparent=36298078 Okay, so I just started 3 days ago and I chose to follow the meal plan exactly at least the first week to establish some discipline. I also purchased a fitbit and have connected it to my sparktracker. Here is where I am confused. Again, following the meal plan and the fitbit (calories burned) is logged and at the end of the day, it keeps telling me I am not eating enough calories. Should I not pay attention to this and keep following the plan or do I need to make adjustments? Sat, 9 May 2015 04:57:21 EST Slow and Steady http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.asp?imboard=63&imparent=35961009 I am trying to walk for at least thirty minutes each day, but the pain in my right leg has gotten extreme. So, until I can get new and better walking shoes, I am peddling on the stationary bike. I am not really sure which is more important, the time or the distance. <BR> <BR> Yesterday, I peddled four miles. This morning, I peddled two miles. I intend to peddle at least that many more this evening. <BR> <BR> Also, I wonder, what is the "best" shoe to invest in for walking...I don't see ...
