It's been a trouble for me all my life, but I can't stand eating chicken that is too moist. (Chicken is pretty much the only meat my taste buds will agree on not being 'ew gross'.) Weird, I know. <BR> In an attempt to get some more protein into my diet, I'd like to try cooking chicken myself. However, looking at recipes, the instructions are always geared toward making 'moist, juicy' chicken, and that just... Fri, 2 Jan 2015 20:06:51 EST Cookies http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.asp?imboard=62&imparent=35256293 I've decided that I want to find a healthy cookie recipe. My kids love cookies. My husband loves cookies. I love cookies. We are often tempted by cookies that my best friend's husband makes. Maybe if I was able to make a healthy cookie we'd be able to resist temptation. I would just have to make sure that I freeze some so that we're not tempted to eat them all up right away. Two things I was thinking about was oatmeal and chocolate. Maybe even some ground flaxseed.
