I know it's a hefty goal, but I want to run/walk half marathon at the end of January. I found a 12 week program that officially begins next Monday. I have recruited a friend, and am really praying this works out. I am determined to do this. I've been searching blogs and sites for days to read people's stories. ... I get the minutes and weights part, but I'm just holding the plank for as long as I can, so what do I put for reps and sets?

Today, my 10 yr old son challenged me to a plank-off. When I workout my tracker posts more than half the calories LESS than if I look it up on the online fitness tracker provided. Like this morning...I rode my stationary bike for 35 min. at approx 14 mph. If I use the online tracker, it says I burned over 700 calories. My SP activity tracker only logged a little over 300 calories. Which one is closer to being accurate? Mon, 20 Oct 2014 09:14:01 EST
