I suffer from severe migraines with an aura and the doctor found nothing that was causing the pain and I just found out I have carpal tunnel in my left wrist and ulnar neuropathy in my right arm. I am limited on exercises that I have known my whole life. What are some good exercises that will help me lose the weight but not put too much strain on my arms and won't trigger a migraine? Any help will be great. Thank ... Tue, 14 Jul 2015 13:38:44 EST PLEASE HELP!! Jillian Michaels beginner shred... I started strength training about 2 weeks ago and I started the sparkpeople tracker as of yesterday. I loved that there are so many strength training exercises on the app that you can input, however I am not sure I am timing it correctly. For example: I input preacher curls, 5 sets, 15 reps, with 25 lbs. I clocked each set at about 30 seconds so about 2 and a half minutes total to complete... when I input that in... I burn...
