I am eating greek yogurt, taking a probiotic, not drinking enough water,I only have been drinking about 2 cups of water per day . I guess I will try changing up my workouts and start using the treadmill again. I don't think what I am doing is working anymore. I am not sure if it's belly fat or bloat or both. Help please? My gf is into DoTerra oils and has recommended Deep Blue. I have voltaren but that doesn't help and Deep Blue is the same thing pretty much except 3 times the price. I walk about 2 hours everyday, the pace is around 18 minutes per mile (not very fast, but in the heat sometimes). I have noticed that my heart rate is still around 85-100bpm an hour after the walk. Is a HIIT workout considered a HIIT workout because your heart rate dramatically increases during the intervals or because your body is moving really fast during those intervals? The reason I ask is because my elliptical has preprogrammed resistance workouts. I am assuming it is just an estimate, because I don't wear an actual pedometer or fitbit or whatever. It says I did 18,717 steps yesterday. I don't know whether that is reasonably accurate or not (I did a total of just under 8 miles of running/walking/hiking).
