I've been pretty successful with it! I suppose I normally do 8 hours a week, but lately I've been getting lazy.

Even with 8 hours a week, it doesn't offset bad eating habits. And my body is so used to it that I don't think it really makes a difference any more :( Plus, I have a desk job so I'm pretty much sedentary 23 hours a day!

What can I do... Sun, 11 Oct 2015 12:25:22 EST foot pain after Long Distance Hiking - corns? Hello everybody, I just completed hiking the entire Pacific Crest Trail. Yay!!! I have terrible foot pain that I ignored via 100's of advil in order to complete the trail. I am trying to research what it is, and I think it is seed corns. They are tiny little nuggets of pain on the balls of my feet and one on the side bone near the toes. They almost look like tiny holes, tiny little hardened painful circles.

Anybody have experience with this and have any idea how long it might take... So I'm new to Spark People and trying to figure out if there's an easy way to adjust this...

To hit my goal weight it's telling me I need to burn 1K calories a week and eat roughly 2-2.3K/day. However the exercise I'm doing (cycling to work and back) has me burning between 7-8K calories/week. I know that there's such a thing as eating too few calories when you're doing a lot of exercise, so I was just wondering if there was a way to adjust it on here to give a more accurat...
