I would walk on my toes as a child. I had really strong calves at that point because off the toe walking. Then I grew to be 6 foot three and had to have it done again. I have a very high metabolism so yes, I'm trying to go up not down. I hit a major road block on Monday. I was doing decline push-ups when my left shoulder popped. Been diagnosed with a rotator cuff tear with surgery likely. My question is can push-ups really cause this? I'm an EMT and even I am dumbfounded. Help!! And so I joined Spark today as now I can hardly break a 15 minute mile on 1% incline treadmill - and after 2.5 miles...
