I have found that after my burpee's I am in no mood to do any more exercise. I am tired and winded. It does not matter if I do 5, 10, 15, or more. I tried to warm up with burpee's but found my whole workout was horrible after that. I am now using this exercise at the very end of my work out. My chubby I mean like 10-20 pounds overweight. Slowly, it's progressed to where I am now, morbidly obese. I feel like I lack the discipline to change my lifestyle although I'm in dire need of it.
