It calls for 1 cup dry rice for 4 servings and you have a total calories per serving at 235.5 (54 calories per 1/4 cup cooked rice). But every brown rice I can find has 170 calories per 1/4 cup dry (1 cup cooked) rice. If the recipe calls for 1 cup dry rice (4 cups cooked) how can that add up to 235.5 cal./serving?
