I think it is because I am constantly bending at the waist and standing up and squatting and standing up, etc. But today it was so bad (even after pepto) that I threw up on the driveway. Maybe the sun and heat had something to do with it too. But even when it's not really hot, it's very uncomfortable, I don't know what to do. Any ideas. I am a chronic dieter, finding success in up and down ways. Success, however, as I have learned is ANYTIME, I mean anytime you do something that increases a healthy way of living. Today I jumped on that band wagon and happily hopped into a 12-day commitment that will help me get back on the healthy road.

This detox is something I did last year and it helped to re-set my body's cravings to consume more pizza than salad.
