Sat, 3 Jan 2015 05:35:51 EST An Open Letter to the Food Pusher in my Life http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.asp?imboard=1&imparent=35280564 Today you stopped by with 4 dozen cookies. They were leftover from the 36 - 40 dozen or so you made for Christmas, and "the kids love them." They were in addition to the 5 dozen you already gave us for Christmas. Thanks, but we don't need any more cookies.

I'm tired of you making me out to be the bad guy when I don't take your leftover cake, cookies, eclairs, etc. When I say "no, thanks" it doesn't mean you're a bad baker, or that I'm "mean" by depriving my kids of "treats."
... Sat, 3 Jan 2015 00:24:36 EST Am I the only one that doesn't appreciate http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.asp?imboard=1&imparent=35276735 the taste of wine or beer? I just don't like the taste of alcoholic beverages in general. The only alcoholic drink I like is ginger wine from Australia, shandy, fruity tasting wine coolers or my favorite, Bailey's!

I kinda also like apple cider but I hardly drink, usually! Just as well as alcohol is REALLY, REALLY expensive in Malaysia! Fri, 2 Jan 2015 12:27:55 EST What's your favorite relatively new song? http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.asp?imboard=1&imparent=35276574 I'm trying to find some new music to download. Please tell me some of your favorite songs, from any genre, that came out in 2014 to present, that give you energy and make you feel good. Fri, 2 Jan 2015 11:46:45 EST Carbs http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.asp?imboard=1&imparent=35276086 Does anyone else think this program allows too many carbs which inhibits weight loss? Fri, 2 Jan 2015 10:28:13 EST To buy or make your own hummus? http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.asp?imboard=1&imparent=35274057 It may be cheaper to make your own but tahini is not so readily available here and may be expensive so I guess I'll just take a shortcut and buy my hummus ready made!

The ready made ones last longer too! Unless I decided to make my own hummus with just chickpeas, garlic and lemon juice. But I guess I'm just lazy! I think I'll just buy my hummus ready made! Fri, 2 Jan 2015 03:45:24 EST Am I being unreasonable in this matter? http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.asp?imboard=1&imparent=35274030 I am part of this whatsapp group for church members. I just find it annoying and counterproductive to be constantly deleting messages that are not related to me. If you want to say something to someone, just message that person, does it make any sense to address the entire group and cause every mobile to beep incessantly?

I find it especially annoying because I am expecting important messages and I keep getting false alarms with inane messages that have nothing to do with me!
...
