I was nice looking then I had thryoid medications and several surgeries as I should have died in the accident. Tue, 10 Feb 2015 20:50:16 EST Feeling discouraged I am feeling very discouraged these days. I have a messed up ankle and am in a stabilizer boot for another 5 weeks. With all the snow and cold I cant get even get out to get some fresh air cuz with boot on it is very slippery. When I start getting depressed I tend to eat the wrong stuff.
