Let's say I do an hour on the elliptical training netting about 600 calories. The daily caloric intake is then 1800. Why would they suggest that is total daily caloric? Wouldn't it make more sense to say that the daily caloric should be say 1400 for weight loss? Why would you eat all of the calories you burned? I don't get the math here.
