Peace and Love, Renae Sun, 18 Dec 2016 20:33:57 EST Funny story About a week ago, I bought a candy bar in a moment of weakness but left it in the car and forgot about it until today. There must be a mouse or something in my car because something's been gnawing on it, so I had to throw it away. I bought another one while I was out shopping and didn't realize until my husband pointed it out that it was a flavor I didn't like. I guess something was telling me I really didn't need that candy bar. Sun, 18 Dec 2016 18:41:08 EST Profile pics and stickers? Hi, can someone help? From persona; experience I find the Patient Protection Act (PPA) does not contain enough to protect the patient. Filing with the state was useless in my case.
Since hosp... This has not gone unnoticed. I have people ask me about getting into shape. But what floors me, is the grown women who want to reshape their bodies into an unachievable look. Attractive well shaped women want to become petite through diet and exercise. Sorry, diet and exercise will not change your bones. A good looking medium build will always be just that. I was under the impre... Tue, 13 Dec 2016 12:33:49 EST OK, I admit it. I was gone too long. Now I hardly recognize SP. I still love it to death. But it is MUCH harder for me to get around, especially on my computer. All of my groups are dead, especially the local groups. Where'd everyone go? Did they all get new fitbits? Maybe they help you track stuff, but there's no community there. And SP had community. I hope I find it again. I've lost another 10 pounds, and I'm ready to continue my journey, but now I feel like I'll maybe be doing it alone. I sure hope not. Good luck ... Mon, 12 Dec 2016 05:13:46 EST I feel as though I should apologize... I re-read some of the posts from the past year or so (wanted to look at the advice). Now one of the dresses was quite leggy and had a cut out on the cleavage and the first comment from X was all about why did my friend need to wear that dress and who was she trying to impress? I would like to lose some if I could to make my liver smaller & that way have less to lose. Thanks Sat, 10 Sep 2016 12:35:29 EST Why keep going...? The other day, I walked out of the house where a group of teenagers pointed out that a whale sighting just occurred. A month ago, a guy that I really really wanted to have a close relation with said that I had the "wrong body type". Each day, I workout, walk, row, bike, and watch what I eat. Nothing. Never ever. Then my mother tells me that she had clothes that she says are waaay too big for her but should probably fit me...if we let them out. Then I go out to my rowing machine in the heat an... Fri, 9 Sep 2016 16:08:48 EST What Surprised You Most about Weight Loss? Hello, Sparkers!

For an upcoming article, I'm looking for people who discovered something surprising after losing a good amount of weight. For example, were you surprised by people's perceptions of your weight loss? How hard (or easy) it was to keep the weight off? Shopping for clothes after weight loss? Any surprise discovery is welcome! The more specific and unique, the better. :)

Thanks in advance!
Melissa Fri, 9 Sep 2016 09:13:29 EST Challenges What is your most recent challenge? Mine was the heat. Wed, 7 Sep 2016 22:41:55 EST Success or Positive thought today I did a TON of exercises to work my thighs. Now I feel bruised and aches to walk. Sore inner and outter thighs and knees. Oh boy, and a +7lb weight gain (all inflammation???!? Possible).

Goal is, on off days, keep up exercise. every day, even off days, goal is 30push ups (x3), 15 sit ups (x3), and 30 leg raises (x3).

Did my first round but today is a break day. Thighs need healing.

Good to know something is working 😀😄💪⏳??? Tue, 6 Sep 2016 12:31:11 EST Do you do your own or go to a salon? I do my own hair treatments. I can't afford to go to the salon for treatments all the time. But my hairdresser says that home hair treatments aren't as effective because I don't have a steaming machine. She says that the steaming machine opens up your hair follicles so the treatment penetrates to the cores of each hair. While home treatments just treats the surface of hairs.

What do you think? Sun, 4 Sep 2016 03:03:28 EST Do You Wish Spark had a "Like" button?
