Easy Single-Serve Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cupcake

Ingredients 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tbsp canned pure pumpkin (not pie filling!)
1 pinch cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 tbsp chocolate chips (or more for taste!)
1-2 sweetener packets (I use the pink stuff)
1 tbsp + 1 tsp milk (I use non-fat)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Nutritional Info Place all ingredients in a microwave-safe coffee mug and mix well. Microwave for 1 minute and enjoy! Optional: top with whipped cream.
