Today's Nutrition Notes:
I just got back from Vegas and today is the first day back to official tracking. Yesterday I ate well and ate clean but because I'm sick I basically ate what I knew was easy and I could eat quick. I also didn't measure or weigh so I didn't track it. Today is back to business even though I'm VERY SICK. Yuck!
