vacuumn 1 room 15 minutes 3 times

I am a very easy going gal that loves people and wants to know as many as I can. I want to make new friends so I can enjoy more of life. When people get to 55 or 60 there are some that think life should be over but guess what it is just beginning. Maybe 50 years ago it was over but not now people are living longer and working in their 70's. I would have been if I didn't have leukemia and it does not stop me but I have good days and bad, so being home if I need rest, I rest, at work I couldn't do

Cleaned the bathrooms and straighten kitchen 30 minutes.

Running behind today but did cook and do dishes ect. I love to spend the day making the house look nice !emoticon

The Lord is my strength and i know i can do better with the Lords help. The Lord laid it on my heart to start a team called GOD ANSWERS PRAYER AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ANYBODY THAT WANTS HELP TO LOSE THEIR WEIGHT TO JOIN . I KNOW I CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT THE LORDS HELP !

I am succeeding with my 15 min. challenge and I found a new way to do the 15 min. I would do a set of weight exercises and then instead of resting between the sets I would spend a minute doing something to clean my house, like pick up papers lying around, dust the book shelves, water the plants, etc. After a half hour I'd done 15 min. of weight training and 15 min. of housecleaning and accomplished 2 goals.emoticon

Dumped out two drawers and sorted out (looking for pedometer). Found several pair of reading glasses in various conditions of disrepair (so I can use parts to fix other glasses LOL), at least a dozen pens, several dollars worth of state quarters, and..... BUT no pedometer.emoticon

well, 15 min is not enough as i live alone but theres noy 1 day that im alone and without something to do. i have 5 grown kids and 11 grandkids and 2 great grandkids. i am never alone . so i will do the challenge just by adding 15 min more to what i already do.emoticon

There is no way I could actually get anything done in only 15 minutes with the messy husband I have. It takes that long just to pick up his dirty clothes, soda cans, and snack wrappers from the night before- I need more like a 3 hour cleaning challenge...lol

15 minutes is all I can push the vacuumn around. It takes 2 to 3 days to do a room. The back it just bad so I pace.

The closet will be my goal for Weds. I had it licked and then I had a house fire in Nov. Well now that I am back in the house, the closet is really a mess. 15 min a day should have it back in shape in no time

Weather is not cooperating with me. The temp are in the 30's and we are getting snow so I can't scrub my floors and wash my curtains. Oh well do what I can.

So I did laundry, dishes, vacuumed the floors in the entire house.

Great challenge! As FlyLady says, "you can do anything for 15 minutes". I will need to do at least 4 sessions a day or I will never get on top of things. My house is also disorganized and it drives my husband crazy. I do enjoy a clean tidy house. The only time I get it in shape is when we have company. I would love to have it presentable all the time. Less stress!

I started yesterday and I really have to push myself to do the 15 min. because I hate housework. My house is not that dirty, mostly disorganized, and I live alone so it does not effect anyone but me if I don't put something away for awhile. The thing I like about the challenge is that it gets me started doing something rather then continually putting things off, and it is a short enough time that I get to quit after 15 min. It is visibly starting to make a difference already. I am curious as to how my house will look by the end of the month.

washed dished, baked a cake, made my bed, did some laundry, cleaned the table & swept the floor. Lots more to do yet.

This is an excellent idea! I'm pretty messy and bad about cleaning up. And my neatest roommate left for the summer. My remaining roommate is messier than I am! Summer is the perfect time to get into the habit. I'm proud to say that I saw this earlier today and promptly did more than 15 minutes of housework.

I swept the kitchen and bathroom, mopped them both (I had cleaned the rest of them yesterday and took a nap instead of finishing! Oops!). Then I picked up the living room, windexed the glass tables (3 of them. Ugh. They're pretty but a pain), and vacuumed the living room and hall as well as the rugs from the bathroom and kitchen.

The only messy/not clean place in the apartment is my bedroom! I think that's a job for tomorrow (and the day after...)!
