I think that people let down their guard after they reach a goal. We relax too much. I know that I will relax and old habits will kick in when I even have a streak of losing weight. Right now I am at a plateau about 20 pounds shy of my goal so I really have to stay focused without getting discouraged and trying to eat healthy and exercise. Just keep pushing forward.
