Hi, I would like to join this challenge. I reached my goal weight last year and am starting to lose my focus to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I want to cut my consumption of diet soft drinks.
For today:
1. Joined the challenge
2. Had Spark time this morning to plan the day.
3. Tracked all my food.
4. Gave myself a pat on the back for completing the 30 Day Fit Food Challenge.
