Hi, I would like to join this challenge. I reached my goal weight last year and am starting to lose my focus to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I want to cut my consumption of diet soft drinks.
For today:
1. Joined the challenge
2. Had Spark time this morning to plan the day.

Okay, I have been looking for a challenge I can do now that I am back at starting Sparkpeople all over again :) I had lost 90 pounds last time, then got sidetracked and gained about 40 of it back. I am down 16 from there and am going to keep going. :) I think this challenge will help me greatly!!!

Original Post from 2BeeFit : I listened to an archived radio program on Hayhouseradio.com by Micheal Neill. It was called 1000 ACTIONS. The premise of the show was that you can set a goal, and breaking it down into smaller steps you can achieve it by WORKING ON it by TAKING ACTIONS.

The Host said though 1000 seems like a lot, it is really 4 ACTIONS a DAY. 4 actions a day seems very doable. I am going to start today, working toward 1000 small steps to get to my goal.

I am hoping others will also want to take ACTION STEPS to get to where you need to go. You can take as many steps a day as you want, it is your journey.

I will be posting my number every day, counting HIGHER and HIGHER as the days, and months go by. Who can get to 1000? The beauty of this challenge is that you can start at anytime, because it really is an individual journey.

I am also hoping by witnessing some of your actions, it will give me ideas for what I can do.

1259.actually got up this a.m. and getting things done slowly but surely!
1260.been renewing water consumption!!
1261.been doing triceps when I go into laundry room, exercise room right next to it and am starting to clean it up!

1319.did the loop at the state park! It is only a mile and a half but steep hills! That was my end of summer goal and have others who wish to walk it with me.
1320.when I walk I am better at putting my thoughts on paper and what I REALLY want from my life and what I don't! Making some changes here!
1321.going to purchase mural supplies this weekend and hit it! Have a couple MAJOR art projects coming soon...excited! Now to work on my music!!!
