123. got brace put on until I could see hand surgeon next morning.
124. hand surgeon tried to straighten wrist bones a bit to be more comfortable until surgery on 2/21
125. resting mostly...incredibly painful. right wrist broken in many places with many more fractures. hope surgeon can repair in one surgery, buy may require more
126. watching a lot of tv
127. poor concentration, but trying to do some reading
128. time on phone with friends
129. hubby had to most of cooking of our valentine dinner
130. trying to hold it together untill surgery tomorrow

25. Called family and friends regarding mother-in-law's death
26. Recruited folks to help with various details for memorial day
27. Cleaned this house, scrubbing tile on hands and knees - good exercise
28. Took son's family to dinner and to two breakfasts where his little girls really seemed to enjoy themselves
29. Continued caring for my Stephen Ministry care receivers long distance via phone and texts
30. Donated to two charities in name of mother-in-law
31. Keeping protein and freebies intake up
32. organized past bills and financial documents to assist brother-in-law's work as executor
33. made reservations to finally fly home with my husband next week after a month here

been a hugely busy week. haven't been on track for exercise. but stayed in range on calories, except yesterday over by 175.
21. mopped the floor- vigorously 25 min
22. ate healthy lunch
23. didn't drink the Pepsi my children bought for me. (I gave up Pepsi 3 months ago.)
24.DID NOT drink the Pepsi my children bought!!!!

This sounds great.
1. Decided its OK to take a break today after spending HOURS in the yard busting my butt yesterday.

I have been with SP now for awhile and unfortuneately life happens, poor health happens, family and work obligations happen! PLUS there are those other things that get in our way! I have gained over the years and not because of the plan. No worries...my "name" is again1 for a reason. I have stopped and started sooo many times just hang in there!!!

I almost want to cry over this. WHY? Because I posted this challenge I don't even know how long ago. I never completed it. I have attempted and quit it a few times. I see others though, They have achieved it. The challenge stuck around because others kept it going. Maybe until I was ready to take it on myself.

I am ready. I need the encouragement and I need the support to get this done. I will though. I have had enough and I am finally ready to love myself enough to start and to finish.

1) Re-committed to myself.

1543.been without a kitchen for a month or so and have a new challenge for me and hubby, so making some strong goals for eating better
