I've lost 7 lbs. I am losing weight, I just don't know if it will continue. I guess I'm just stuck in the mindset that I can't have more than 1200 calories a day. I was just wondering if anyone else thought their calorie range was kinda' high.

No body counts how many times you fall down, they count how many times you get back up! - Me
Have you lost weight already? If so, you may try to recalculate your range. The lower your weight, the lower your range will be. Have you overestimated your physical activity? If so, your range will be higher than it should be. If neither of these apply, then you should lose weight.

I have been able to stay in my calorie range every day so far. Does anyone else feel that their calorie range is set too high? I was on Weight Watchers years ago, and we were always told that 1200 should be the maximum number of calories per day. The low end of my range is something like 1355. Do you think I'll continue to lose weight eating that many calories each day?

I have been trying really hard to watch what I eat or at least stay with in my calorie range. This weekend, not so good. We had an Anniversary Party for our parents. So, now it's back to getting on track. I am nervous about my weight in this afternoon.
I didn't count this weekend on my counter, but I did watch what I ate, and I went up 1 pound. Back to counting & recording here!

I think that this would be a good challenge for me. I have been watching what I eat and have gone both over and under in calories. If I really pay closer attention to what I am eating, maybe that will help me get off this plateau I am on!

I am currently tracking everything I eat on my memo pad and then putting the info into sparkle. Hopefully this will help. I find I keep better track of what I am eating when I write it down. The trick is keeping up with it.

I have been overwhelmed with life and eating like a mad woman. It's time to take back some control. I will resume tracking and report tomorrow. Keep up the good work, ladies!

are we counting our own personal ideal or what our spark nutrition range is? I'm wanting to stay between 1200-1250. Spark says I can go from 1200-1550. I found that at 1550 I do not lose weight. Any one else have this result?

I've been trying to do this and continually find that I'm not eating enough unless I binge and go way over. I think I've put my body in constant starvation mode.
On World Vegetarian Day, most people aren't willing to trade in their turkey for tofurkey. Luckily, you can still reap the benefits of vegetarianism by trying flexitarianism on for size.
