The challenge is to go through a healthy liquid cleanse for next 21 days.
it is loaded with super foods and should help loose weight as well as cleanse the system.
Breakfast: Juice of 2 carrots, celery, cucumber, kale (any greens), 1/2 apple and 1 orange.
snack 1: herbal tea with lemon and honey (can have leftover juice from breakfast)
Lunch: green smoothie with spinach, kale, broccolini, berries, walnuts, 1/2 banana or 2 dates, seed mix (flax, chia, pumpkin, sunflower)
snack 2: hearbal tea
snack 3: leftover smoothie or coconut water mixed with some coconut meat
Dinner: Hot veggies soup especially with cabbage and lentils.(any veggies you like can be added except potatoes, you may add sweet potatoes instead, they are very healthy and satisfying)
Before bed: 1/2 cup of almond milk.
(mix your choice of fruits and veggies for smoothies, make sure to add lots of nuts and seeds.)
Today is my first day and I am very excited to start this.
