I had carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, celery, onion and some V8 juice in the broth of the beef veggie stew I had for lunch today. I snacked on brocolli, carrots, and cauliflower with French Onion Yogurt dip and veggies in a salad I had for dinner. Veggies fill you up so much, thing is how do you make them so they taste good to you. Find out and eat lots of them! You'll feel full and energized and weight loss will follow. emoticon
