is this a low carb/high fat diet? If so head over to the Atkins and other low carb boards...we've got a lot of folks doing something similar?

Hi, there is a Fat Smash Team, but it is inactive.

I am struggling to stay o track with the FSD, but I will be starting over tomorrow. I actually love this diet. I hope you are doing well. emoticon emoticon

Hello there everyone.

Im new to Spark and to dieting, of any kind.

Ive decided to try the Fat Smash Diet plan.
I will complete the last day of the first week long phase.
I have not yet gotten to the exercise that is included. Im walking daily but Im not doing strength training just yet. Other than that, Im doing very well with the regimen. By the time I think Im going to starve, its time to eat again.

I was looking for a group or message board on this diet but did not find one.
Are there others that are on this diet plan or have done it in the past?
