Anyone want to join me in challenging ourselves to eat two veggies at breakfast? I find this has made getting my veggies and fiber in so much easier. I also have a sense of being in control and on top of things.
Post what you had to eat with your breakfast.
Today i had sweet potato in it's skin, red pepper, and grapes (I know a fruit)
My protein was a hard boiled egg. But I focus on the veggies first because I know I will figure out the protein.
