I recently joined a cardio challenge at the local Y. I usually do bad Jan.-March. But that is when the challenge is. I had to do water therapy for my back again. So, I have been in the pool lately. Going to continue with a woman's weight class. Signing up for cycling events and club. But with all this being said, my back has taken a turn for the worse. I have gone through therapy and chiro., doing the meds. etc. Been an ongoing issue. Had one successful sgx. but the other discs are deteorating rapidly enough that it hurts to stand or sit. So having to go to Indy again...but keeping the faith and hitting it.
