been hitting it with cardio challenge and trying to do SP challenges and that seems to push me. Eating is still not the greatest but really trying. Trying to ride 5 miles by bike each working out (3-5 times a week) Also doing weights and 2 mile elliptical.

My long term goal is to get down to 155 lbs. especially for my 30th class reunion, in 2015.

I am not going to tiptoe through life to end up safely at death

Still not feeling 100%yet

Hard to do but had to take a few hard workout days off...recorded steps with fitbit. I don't usually take time off but did so to recoup!

STILL rough but got a good workout in! But quit sooner than I normally do not to push it

Got my cardio in today hoping that my upset stomach is just a fluke and not the flu...I guess it has been going around!

Sorry to hear about your dad Raven! The Y cardio challenge is getting me in gear plus I was put on some meds. that have FINALLY helped me more than temporarily, I hope!!! Been exercising about 150min./day. I love to exercise and when I feel good I push myself to the limit!! Hoping to calm it down a bit. I am hoping to strengthen myself to cycle and be able to work again!! Working towards strength and consistency! Maybe do a little walk on the hospital floor during down time. I had to do that when my father in law was in the hospital. Helps air out your mind and psych! By the time I would walk down and get a sandwich and float around the halls that would equal about a half hour of walking. Get it anytime you can. I have learned to try and steer way back when I have been ill. 30 min. of waddling around the mall is better than nothing when I was having issues with my back!!

Way to go Again1. Im not off to a good start:(. My father is in the hospital 400 miles from home so ive been gone for a few days. Hope to be home and back on track Friday. Keep up the good work.

I am in RavenHawk...

1/1-90 minutes (outside bike riding)

Ok im going to change this up a bit. This challenge is for anyone doing any workout program. The goal is to get 30 minutes of exercise per day a minimum of 5 days a week. Post here to update status and get or provide support and encouragement

I recently joined a cardio challenge at the local Y. I usually do bad Jan.-March. But that is when the challenge is. I had to do water therapy for my back again. So, I have been in the pool lately. Going to continue with a woman's weight class. Signing up for cycling events and club. But with all this being said, my back has taken a turn for the worse. I have gone through therapy and chiro., doing the meds. etc. Been an ongoing issue. Had one successful sgx. but the other discs are deteorating rapidly enough that it hurts to stand or sit. So having to go to Indy again...but keeping the faith and hitting it.

Thank you Ann How is it going. I have to say Im off to a rough start. Ive been sick for the last 3 days and was so busy with work today I still havent got my workout in. Ive not tried any of the Les Mills workouts how are they?

Does anyone here do any of the beachbody workouts? I am mostly looking for T25 or Rockin Body. I looking to start a fitness challenge using one of these workouts to help with motivation and accountability. i would love to have anyone or everyone join me :)
