So far, I am doing the following things to winterize my Spark journey:
1. 10 pounds lighter than last year (and 50 pounds lighter than a couple of years ago) ... I am in the process of assessing my winter wardrobe to see what's in my closet I can still wear.
2. Had to buy a new winter coat. (Used old coat last year -- and it was already too big. Now it is ridiculously too big!)
3. I am thinking about getting a crock pot/slow cooker. Now that the weather is colder, I don't want to eat so many salads and cold sandwiches for lunch. Maybe I can make something healthy in a slow cooker for dinner and then heat up the left-overs for lunch the next day.
