Successes for the week -
I kept up my running workouts this week.
I fell short on one ST workout, but that is because I decided to do a trail bike ride instead. In other words, I did one ST workout this week vs two. Sometimes I think that it's important to change things up a bit and do the workout that you're most in the mood for vs. sticking to a strict schedule. (Anyone else have any thoughts on this? I'm curious.) I will get back to my ST soon and the weather is changing, so it's just as well that I got out and enjoyed the good weather while we've had it!
I did well drinking water this week.
I did well going to bed on time this week.
My weight was down again this week at my weigh in, putting me now 1 pound down for the month overall.
Cassie, great job on the successes and maintaining. Don't forget to drink your water. I find it's harder for me when it starts cooling off like this vs when it's warmer.
I finally bought Halloween candy today at my weekly trip to the store . . . but I'm planning to keep it in the bags unopened as long as possible and as close to Halloween as possible! That's my strategy . . .
