We all have our own goals for what we want to lose. But we must keep it reasonable and attainable. I think abtween 4 and 6 lbs is a good goal. Doesn't sound like much, I know. But if you lose the 6 lbs a month then thats almost 25 lbs by Christmas. I could live with that.
My goals for October:
get moving - want to be able to walk really soon
lose 6-7 lbs
increase water intake
be absolutely on track on tracking - no cheating

I am starting out at 198.5 Wish it was less,but not being able to walk at all is taking its toll on my losses. Have Dr. appt. Thursday...hope he can do SOMETHING about this pain. I want to (I need to lol) walk again.
Well, dinner dishes are calling me...think I will change my name.....lol so I better run for now.Talk somemore later or tomorrow.
