Wow amazing I actually did it. Feels so good to be at this number. I have been in the 150's for over 2 years!!! And thought that was what number my body was going to be at.

Congrats to everyone! none of this is easy. It's a struggle to keep going when you don't see results, or have a few set backs but that is always going to happen. You cant get down on yourself. Just pick yourself up and try again.

My goal was 3 pounds, which I guess I technically lost, except then I gained back .4 this week. I am at a very frustrating place right now. I have been hovering around 170 for two months. BLAH. Discouraged this morning.

WOW, this cold / virus knocked me out for 4 days. Now I know what my son felt like. No sinus problems, just cough, and a headache for 4 days!!!! Feeling a bit better now. I did go out and do a 1.6 mile walk in 22 min. taking it easy.
I will report tomorrow my weight.

I actually show a loss, not back down to my low but should be by the weekend. It's all a process, if you eat junk you feel like it. I have been eating really clean and feel so much better. Vacation wasn't even the issue it was the week afterwards. Have a great Wednesday.

emoticon I've been doing a little better over the last couple of days, chipping away at the weight i gained early in the month trying to get back to where I started. But then I really blew it today. I had 2 very stressful meetings at work today -- one over a totally carb-loaded breakfast and the other over lunch where candy was passed around.

Been skimping on the water lately. Will be super focused on that today. Didn't get my workout in yesterday evening because I was at the kitchen table for far too long helping Emma with (way too much!) homework. Third grade is taking some adjustment. I did a long walk on the treadmill this morning with some incline intervals. Dripping with sweat! Walking can be a great workout too!

Thanks for the support, folks. I need it. I don't know what has gotten into me lately, but I have definitely "fallen off the wagon."

But I did a little better today -- not great, but only a few little indulgences. I plan on staying home alone all weekend, which is a good thing as I usually eat less under such conditions. My new goal is just to get back down to 150 by the end of the month and try to start the winter holiday season with things back under control -- having contained the damage.

Today is a new day. Hope you are feeling better today lou!

I did a 3+ mile walk / jog in under 37 min. WITH SNOW FLAKES falling (not much, but cold enough to do so)!!! Amazing how I have changed. THen came home and did Jillian's Banish Fat boost metabolism workout. Super sweaty day. Had to burn off the Big boy dinner last night. I so want to make chicken taco soup tonight, but there is no room in the fridge for leftovers.

I can't stop eating. This is the worst set-back I have had in over a year. I'm not sure what's going on, but I just don't seem to have the strength to say "No" to food.

I have some carmel corn left over from vacation earlier in the month and I just opened the bag and ate 2 handfuls. I don't even LIKE carmel corn. I am going to go now and put it all down the garbage disposal and hope that symbolic act will help me get back on track.

Today I walked 3+ miles with a friend this morning while the white stuff was falling for a few min. Then came home and did Jillian's No More Trouble Zones, and then planning on a lunch walk with Turbo in a little bit. BONUS.

Hang in there everyone. Don't GIVE UP! 1 more week, it's never over.

That does sound like a great vacation - getting great compliments that always helps mood, and motivation. I had some earlier this year and it felt great even though I knew I had been the same weight for 2+ years.

Today was a 3.2 mile walk / jog. FELT like it took twice as long even though my time was about the same.

I will get a new challenge set up soon for next month. These always help me stay on track through the holiday's.

What she said about the 6's awesome! I have no plans of ever going back after this. I mean it I lose it, it's gone, no coming back. Once I hit ultimate goal, I'm there. I know life can throw us curves but I seriously feel this is my new lifestyle and I can do this from now on.

Was still the same, which is okay I'll take it. Hope to finally see a new number again by Friday but it may take a week to recover from vacation. I'm still good with no gain no loss.

Kettlebells would keep your muscle more and you still would get smaller... Just saying Beckie. I know I rock my skinny jeans whenever I can... Especially since my old size is falling off these days. Hubby actually had me buy another pair while on vacation and mentioned I should look at some more. It's always great when people you haven't seen since last year remark how they can really tell I've lost weight. It felt great, one lady went on for a few minutes she just kept saying you look amazing... Best vacation ever!!!

You are right I do want them!!! I may try and swing through there this week.

Today I did a 3.2 mile run in under 40 min. I never thought I would be the one that liked to run, and especially not one to bundle up and do it in 37 degree temps!!! But I did!!! Then came home and did Jillian's no more trouble zones.

Today I did Bob Harpers pure strength and burn.

I finally found a great pair of jeans at Kmart! even was able to put on the size 6 and ALMOST bought, but since I know that winter is coming and always seem to gain weight (hibernation mode) that I bought the 8's. After wearing them a bit yesterday they seem baggy!!! YIPPPEEE. I MAY still think about getting the 6's. (never been this size even in high school!)

I have gradually gained a pound this week. There was no mystery reason: I simply ate too much. I know I need to eat less to lose weight, but it is hard when everyone around me is complementing me on my weight loss and telling me I look great. It's weird, but even though I have only lost 8 - 9 pounds this whole year, with almost no weight loss in the last 3 months ... people seem to have suddenly noticed. I have kept up with exercising and lost a little size this past summer. I guess that explains the comments.

But the comments make it easy to get complacent.

Sorry I haven't been here much this week. Taking care of my 7 yo who's keeps getting a fever for 5-6 days. Just when I thought he was doing good and could go back to school it would come back. Finally went back to school today with a cough.
I was still able to get some workouts in each day so that was still good. No jogging this week. Not sure if I want to with the cold weather coming.

Today I did Iron Core Kettlebells Warrior 1 with the 12kg and 14kg bells.

been a busy weekend.
Friday I got groceries, then did a 3 mile run. Then right after I took shower, I ran to the school to run a few laps with my 9 year old, then grabbed subway. Met turbo at 12:30 for a few laps around the mall.
Saturday and sunday were rest days. Today my 7 yo is home since he had a fever for the last few days. So I did Bob Harper's Cardio Conditioning with a kettlebell, and weights.

No weight in today, I'm taking a week off. See you next week and be good and make healthy food choices.

Good morning everyone!

Scale was slightly up this morning but not surprised as I was not a good eater and very poor exerciser this week. Did some exercise yesterday but heading out for a run now.

Why do I have such a hard time getting going on Sunday mornings?
