I want to reach my goal by end of year. I though I would start this challenge in case anyone else has an end of year goal. My goal is 170-175. I will post weekly challenges . My weigh in days are Wednesdays I belong to tops so I will be using that weight as my official weigh in but I do weigh on home scale daily.
starting weight- Aug 7-198.6 (using this as my starting wt.)
Goal wt 170-175
Aug 14- 197.6 (-1)
I will add the dates inbetween each month.
My week runs from Wednesday to Tuesdays
Weekly challenges will end Tuesday and I will post a new one on Wednesdays
