Good Morning
I hope everyone is doing great. tomorrow is my fall rally first one as an AC. after wards I will get to exercising before the cold weather sets in. then I will have to exercise indoors. I want to use my bike. learn to walk alone.anyways home scale slightly up but will work on it going downward wi not till Wednesday.

I'm in for 10 by October 1st,feel kinda down keep doing good getting down to about 168 then completely falling off the wagon was back up to 183, but been eating healthy again and weighed today and I'm 177.9 so that's a good start. I really wanna stick with it and maybe this will help hold me accountable. Good luck to everyone, we can do !!!!!!!!!! emoticon emoticon

decided on a 55 and over apartment. I don't have much but son moving with me for now. was looking at houses decided not too as the community is awesome and the walkpath and by the lake. I think I can manage it and now it is job hunting time.

Hi.,i have fallen off the wagon many times but i refuse to give up. I hit a plateau a while and couldnt budge but then this week i dropped and hit my 20lb mark..it made me see that i can`t give up..i just have to keep going and it will happen..sometimes we have to keep trying something new to keep us motivated....We can do this!

I will join ya!!! I am try to loose my pregnancy weight!

Sounds doable to be :D I would love to hit or even exceed this! It has been coming off pretty easily so I am enjoying that while it last. I know it will get harder! And with me start work next Monday I dont know what exactly my schedule will be like so I am going to have to see when I can schedule in my fitness!!!

I have just reached the 20lb mark and i am making a challenge to myself to lose another 10lbs by October 1, 2013 doing it at my own pace. Feel free to join me in this mini challenge .
