Delight: Well, it's been a rough week so far because I decided to end my relationship of 8.5 years. However, today was a good reminder that I have really supportive friends and family, and they helped make it possible for me on a long weekend at the last minute with some of my closest friends (who do not live nearby), which I think that will be really helpful for clearing my head.

2. Exercise - 70 mins. (spin class & stretching)
3. Water - 10 glasses
4. Motivation/Goal - Stay within my calorie range at least 5 out of 7 days (which should lead to positive results on the scale!) SW for July = 165.6

5. Delight - Making it back home and off the trail before it started to rain! And, I saw a good amount of wildlife on my run/hike.
