Well, even though I lowered my goal because I knew I would be out of town for most of July, I still did not meet my goal. I'm ok with that because I kept up with my workouts--just missed a few.

OK, in case anybody is curious, I figured out the tracking problem. Apparently SparkAmerica, the fitness minutes tracker that you see on the righthand side of the page, only counts the first 120 minutes of fitness that you do each day. So if you do 3 or 4 hours on a particular day, it will only count the first 2.

In other words, for those of us who are very active, SparkAmerica is not an accurate tracker.

Dances: salsa (standard/LA), casino, rueda de casino, cumbia Colombiana, bachata, mambo, cha-cha-chá, merengue, reggaetón.

Currently learning: Mexican cumbia, danzón, Cuban rumba

Dances to Learn in the future: flamenco, tango Argentino, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, ballroom rumba
