Well, I guess I need to bail on this challenge :(
I was really psyched about it, but after my awesome vacation, I was getting back on track and some financial stuff hit that made it fairly impossible to eat low carb and healthy for most of September.
When you need to get food in a food pantry you can't be too picky. Pasta and Ramen noodles are cheap and filling when times are tough.
Anyway, everything's better now, and straightened out, but I gained 10lbs back during that month. Getting back on track now, trying something new that I read about, but we'll see how it goes in the long run. Lost 2 lbs the first day anyway, so that's a plus.
So my current goal is to lose at least that gained 10lbs before Thanksgiving. Hopefully I can get in on the next challenge and actually make it all the way through =)
