Well, I guess I need to bail on this challenge :(

I was really psyched about it, but after my awesome vacation, I was getting back on track and some financial stuff hit that made it fairly impossible to eat low carb and healthy for most of September.

When you need to get food in a food pantry you can't be too picky. Pasta and Ramen noodles are cheap and filling when times are tough.

Anyway, everything's better now, and straightened out, but I gained 10lbs back during that month. Getting back on track now, trying something new that I read about, but we'll see how it goes in the long run. Lost 2 lbs the first day anyway, so that's a plus.

So my current goal is to lose at least that gained 10lbs before Thanksgiving. Hopefully I can get in on the next challenge and actually make it all the way through =)

Well, I've decided that I need to do another round of SB phase one. I've had a terrible time getting back on the losing track after my vacation in July. I gained two pounds back from it, but got them off and a third pound (yay!) as of this week. I haven't really been trying. Haven't been getting carried away but I've been eating things I shouldn't. Just not overly much. The cravings are killing me, which is why I need to repeat PH1 and detox myself off the carbs. But I am happy with hitting 35 pounds on my total loss. And the fact that I havent seen that pesky 2 at the beginning of my weight, is definitely satisfying. It's been a long time since I've been under 200. So I'm feeling a victory even if it hasn't been much in the way of loss the last month or so.

Good afternoon all, I had a great weekend. My son's grandmother was here. So we went to chuck e cheese and I'm happy to say I had one slice of pizza. I didn't do any excerises per say, but I was running after him all weekend long. Mind you he's two years old. :) This week I plan to stay on track and add some walking to my sedentary lifestyle. Things continuing to go well here :) I am loving my fitbit flex :) scale said 187.6 this morning. I am loving how effortless this is right now and I am enjoying it cause I know soon its going to be a lot harder to loose those pesky lbs!!!!

Getting back on track today after a week plus of poor (but satisfying lol) choices. Went away the last week of July. Needless to say, I didn't obsess over what I ate. Then had a houseguest for a week who I was helping out. Spent a few days helping him run around doing errands. Which also meant stopping for food on the run. So I'm officially back on the ball now. Will weigh in officially on Thursday after I've detoxed all the crap out and see if I actually gained anything back.

would LOVE to lose 30 by Thanksgiving. trying really hard. started at 200 lbs before i got back onto spark, i am currently 185.6. looking to lose as much as possible before my best friends wedding in september, but i am not really expecting anything drastic
