I started last week and am starting to notice the difference. I have definitely lost the extra pounds I put on since December began and now hope to get through the Easter period without too much difficulty. I have the book on a kindle - it's a pain to start with but now I have learnt to flick through the pages quicly. I make a note in a diary of what the mealplan should look like the following day and then write down everything I ate and how I feel. This has always worked best for me. And lots of water!
The exercise programme is more difficult to fit in though.
I'm doingthe 6 week plan.
