4/25 & 4/26:

Calories: over both days

Exercise: 4/25 - 95 min (cardio, pilates, 3.6 m walk), 4/26 - 99 min (Taebo, dancing, 2.4 m walk)
Motivation: to stay within 2 pounds of my goal weight
Delight: 4/25 - friend's birthday party, 4/26 - hanging out with good friends

I'll be back later to post successes.
Successes: Although I went over the last couple of days, I also did more physical activity than I had planned both days, so my calorie differential was actually not too bad. I did good with my water and usually had well over 8 glasses. I still have a lot of stress going on in my personal life, but I feel like I handled it a little better this week than last week.

several days of steps over 10,000 (over 11,000 yesterday!)
drinking plenty of water

Successes for the week/month -
Did well with exercise. Still trying not to overdo it with my muscle strain/sprain.
By the end of today, I should meet my fruit/veggie serving goal for the week. I have done well with that for the month overall.
I did have a good weigh in this morning. However, I am back to where I started out the month at. I have not had a loss for the month of April, but at least it's not a gain.

- drank lots of water daily

- eating right all week
- lost 2 lbs for the week...Probably am not going to reach my goal weight for month but still feeling good about all of the other accomplishments.

Calories: Having a tough time pulling myself out of a over-snacking funk, especially with afternoon snacking. Went over my limit again today (I Bet it has everything to do with the fact that I am still not drinking enough water ha). Tomorrow will be better.

Hope everyone has had a great day today.

Calories: a little over my limit today, but was Able to prevent a food splurge overload.
Water: 5-6
Exercise: 35 minute walk/jog on the treadmill (200 Cal.)
Motivation/goal: Goals for this week are to go 5 days eating healthy/ within my limit.
** drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
Delight: I found my way back to Spark people. : )

4/19 & 4/20:
Calories: over for 4/19, in range for 4/20
Water: 8 both days
Exercise: 4/19 - 40 min (cardio dancing, .5 m walk), 4/20 - 124 min (1 hr of hiking, 3.2 m walk)
Motivation: to stay within 2 pounds of my goal weight
Delight: on both days, hanging out with good friends

Successes this week: I got plenty of exercise and water this week. Have not done so good with my eating this week since I had a couple of days under calories and then over yesterday. This was a very long, stressful week for me because of some relationship problems, but I got through the week and am not feeling as stressed as I was. It's hard to get myself to focus on any other aspect of my life when the most important relationship to me is under major pressure, but at the same time, I know the only way for me to get through it is to take care of myself.

Successes for the week -
Met my fruit & veggie servings goal one day early!

I did not have a good weigh in this morning . . . . I don't know why the scale was up three pounds for me today. I did overindulge some last weekend, but not that much!

I did well with my workouts this week. However, I have been dealing with a muscle strain/sprain since Sunday that hasn't gone away and now I'm going to really try to take it easy with exercise and let myself heal.
