It is Tuesday PPL and it is D day for us to weigh in. I am stepping on the scale Drum rolllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll woooo hooooooooooooooooo -4 lbs I use to lose slowly but I added walking so I think that has helped me to lose more than 1 lb per week, hopefully next week I will see good results too. Holla to all, At the end of April I am going to my school reunion and as always I want to look fab. I can not wait for March to end so I can start my weight loss plan. I am doing it as of this second and my plan is to lose 16 lbs by the end of April. I want YOU to join me. Be part of this team and lose those extra 16 lbs.
