Let's take a Walk challenge
Anyone interested in starting a walking challenge with me for 8 weeks we will keep track of steps walked, and have a weekly challenge, and also we will have chat on Wednesday evening's at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time, and weigh in on Fridays and post at least 3 times a week and lets make it fun and see who can walk the most steps and there will be a surprise at the end of this so hope you join me in walking.
Here's a little info on the challenge to be run.
The walking challenge will start on April 1st and run for 8 weeks And each week it will go from Friday thru Thursday each week and have your weight turned in on Friday and than each week post your weight and steps walked and also your weekly challenge I will have different ones to come up with a weekly challenge and also and you can talk and post you don't have to just post your weight and steps love to get to no each of you.You want to do a small bio of yourself you can. And also for chat if I can't make it you guys can go ahead and have one without me. I'm also letting you guys no I will be busy on weekends when the weather breaks so won't be on much on weekends. And one last thing always take any new people that join everyone is welcome here.
