3/31: Calories: 1901 (in range) Water: 8+ Exercise: 132 min (dancing, yoga, .6 m walk) Motivation: to maintain my weight for the rest of the month Delight: fun with my best friend This weekend was a total blast! I splurged a bit (especially yesterday), but I also had more activity than usual, which seems to have evened out, as my weigh-in today was the same as one week ago. I still tracked everything, even though sometimes I had to go with my best guess. See everybody in the April challenge!

I'm definitely keeping this going next month, and I hope we'll get some newcomers to join us, too! It's a great way to keep going, even when the going gets tough! My successes: Didn't go nearly as overboard on vacation food as I could have ;) Got over 10,000 steps one day Drank more water Had a healthy, homemade green smoothie yesterday Am a little over my goal weight for the first time in a very long while, but at least it's a fraction of a pound. Could be worse! Anne, congrats on the loss and on meeting your goals!

3/29 - 1. Calories - slightly over 2. Water - 10 glasses 3. Exercise - 0 min (rest day) 4. Motivation/Goal - I have two for the month. 1) Keep to my Lent commitment - I gave up a favorite candy for Lent. 2) Lose 2-5 pounds in March (SW = 167.2) 5. Delight - productive day, plus good family time today Successes for the week - Kept my Lent commitment (see #4) . . . almost there, as Lent is over on Sunday. Did well with exercise this week. Did better trying to go to bed earlier most nights. Did well with drinking my water & eating on most days. Had a good weigh in this morning (my last of the month) and met my goal of losing 2-5 pounds in March by losing 3.2 pounds this month overall! (see #4) I am still down for the year overall as well. And, less than 20 pounds from my goal weight! Jep, enjoy your friend's visit! Let's finish this month out strong!

H all, new to spark people and spark coach.. I think I'll join you. Food: quinoa flakes , cooked like oatmeal, apple, 2 glasses water and 1/2 cup almond milk Lunch: bean burrito, salad, and 1/2 banana Dinner..we'll see what I can dig up Prob curry vegetables and 1/2 hamburger,
Exercise: 24 minute ballet class
Motivation..read success story and am trying to finish my Lent goal( we do not practice Lent in our church),,, so I'm cleaning out a box a day.get rid of stuff I've carried around for years.

I have been pretty good with my eating . . . . but this week has been a hard week for getting enough sleep and too much stress. We also ate out more than usual. I will have to regroup and make this next week a better one! I did do well drinking my water this week. I also did well with exercise. Happy Friday everyone!

Hi Ladies, thanks for the encouragement. I always tend to do too much - I want it last week. Call it a character flaw. My mother fusses at me - tells me to slow down that I'm not 30 anymore. But the rebel in me rises and wants to prove different.

Good Monday morning to all. Thanks Cassie for checking on me. I am in a place of "I don't care that I don't care". I was doing so much better before my knee injections, and I know from experience that recovery is slow. For every two steps forward, I take five steps back. I really hate that my appetite has returned. I though maybe just popping in would get my mind heading in the right direction.

3/15: 1. Calories: 1700 2. Water: 8 3. Exercise: 20 4. Motivation: jog 30 minutes 5. Delight: Friday :) It's Friday! I'll post successes later today! This week I stayed within a pound of my goal, drank more water and took some nice walks with my husband.

Motivation/Goal - I have two for the month. 1) Keep to my Lent commitment - I gave up a favorite candy for Lent. 2) Lose 2-5 pounds in March (SW = 167.2) 5. Delight - chatting with friends tonight
