I'll make an April challenge thread this evening. I hope to see you all there. This challenge helps me stay on track with exercise and I hope it helps you all, too.

I see lots of people logging in lots of minutes. Whether you met your goal or not, each minute contributes to a healthier you. Congratulations for all those minutes!

3/30/13 = Leslie Sansone: 4 Fast Miles (1 with resistance band)

600 / 55 / + 125 minutes above goal. As I didn't travel at all this month, wasn't sick at all, etc., I am over-shooting my goal by more than I ever have before. OK, I'll live with that.

Well, I WAS right on track and then I got SICK! Maybe if I'm miraculously healed tomorrow, I'll be able to get it done. Not optimistic though.

Still. I'm proud of myself for staying on track all month. Being sick isn't exactly my fault.

I just got a new DVD today and since I have already met my fitness minutes minutes goal for the month ... I might just spend the next few days trying to learn the 4 20-minute routines on it. Watch it once, then do it. This would be a good week to do that.

I also have 2 other new DVD's on their way in the mail. Taking a look at them when they arrive and trying them out will be my focus for the week now that I don't have to worry about minutess.

Feeling much better today, but did 10lb slimdown lower body today which was a ton of lunges. I'll have to see how the legs feel tomorrow. Hopefully ok I also di some strength, yoga and a walk for a total of 100 mins. I wasn't feeling it this morning, but told myself I would do 20 minutes and once I got started...
